I took a break today. Spent about 4 hours playing Modern Warfare 2, which is a kickass game. Anybody should get it, like literally GET IT. After that Benny china tuition teacher came, so i had to evacuate my room. Fuck.. So what the heck, i decided to go to the shop to work.

I sometimes wonder whether i say the wrong things at the wrong time. I dont know, why am i so different from other people? Is it just cuz its me. Or something else, i’ve yet to find out. I strongly believe that God has a plan for all of us. The choice to follow or deviate is up to us.

Work was fine. Willie’s mom bought curry puffs for all of us. I ate my share, and bought some finger food to eat, cuz i was still hungry.  ”Eat to Live, Live to Eat”. This was what Uncle Harry imparted to me today. So the question is, which are you?

I sold a few cameras today. Pretty happy. Until this uncle came with a bad attitude, well he was fine until SX and Uncle Harry left to take stock. He came back and said UH quoted him $520 for the TZ8, WITH the screen protector. So Willie and I dunno what to say naturally, since nobody gave us any instructions. So he kicked up a fuss saying you all tell lie la, and all that shit. What could i say? So  i called Uncle Harry, and he explained to the uncle. Then the uncle just “I dont want to talk to you la”. And handed me the phone. No shit.

So after that episode, the uncle more or less told me off. Saying “small thing like $10 also you all can argue until like that”. But hey, the problem was that he MISINTERPRETED what UH said. Pay cash can SAVE $10, so instead of paying $540, he can pay $530. So the uncle basically used that as leverage, and twisted the story a little. So in the end, ME,  not knowing the whole side of the story, keyed in as $520 with the screen protector.

Yeah. So after UH and SX came back, they explained to me the whole story. So even though the uncle made the $520 deal, he will say from now on that we have double standard. Which isn’t the Hubbies fault at all. But nonetheless, it is a lesson to be learnt. Making things clear before anyone leaves the shop is really important.

I bought a new lens like a few days ago. Sigma 50mm F/1.4 EX DG HSM. Bloody awesome lens btw. Huge aperture for having a nice bokeh (or depth of field). But it cost me my last month’s pay  But i had no regrets, im gonna test it out this Sunday, and get it calibrated with my A300 Body next week. Woohoo!

From here on i will post a few of my shots that I think are good, but they are welcome to any comments and suggestions.

Anyway! Lots of stuff have happened in between the time between the long absence. First and foremost, my attachment is coming to an end soon! Its like finishing this Friday!!! Love it. Dont have to wake up everyday at 6.30 anymore. More importantly, after the attachement is done i’ve officially graduated. Awesome eh!

CNY 2010 was a blast, yes it ended really fast. But it was really fun while it lasted. We got visited by some cousins from way out, which was a good catching up experience since they only came once a year. Grandpa actually ate McBreakfast with us this morning! Thats rare. Other than that we had lots of fun, not to mention good food.

Had a de-boxing session with my dad and bros today of the hampers. Got a nasty clean cut on my finger. Darn it, but it was fun. Rip it up!! xD

Bought some new games in the past month or two. Bioshock 2, Dante’s Inferno, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Metal Gear Solid 4. All bloody awesome. Considering whether to get another Xbox 360 (my current one’s broken).

Anyway… I will update regularly from now on. Most of the days previously, i had totally no mood to blog (cuz of attachment, it sucked), or was playing games once i got home. So, till next time!

I’ll miss the slacking sessions that i could go with my friends, and do nothing for hours, or just watch Whose Line. XD And self declared lunch and breakfast.

On the contrary, FYP has been somewhat hellish for me, with all the work that i’ve been doing, and all the pressure and stress i’ve been getting from Mr Simon. Yes it WAS difficult, but the difficult times are already over. All that’s left are the presentations and demonstrations now. Quote Mr Simon: “Its okay to forget, but its a sin not to refer”. This phrase makes perfect crystal sense.

This post is also dedicated to Mr Simon Eng, my FYP supervisor, for always tekan-ing me and stressing me out like crazy. If not for him, i wouldn’t have done what i have already accomplished now. When i was feeling helpless and couldn’t continue doing my project, he would come and inspire me, which immediately filled me with purpose and readiness to continue on. Also, to anyone who reads this, bear this in mind. “Never ever give up”, hard work will definitely pay off, in time.

Im looking forward to IAP, finally can change environment. Though i still dunno where i will be posted to. Hope i know it soon. Cheers!~

Still, some things still bug me. Should i get the iPhone 3Gs when M1 releases it? Or should i forget about the iPhone and get a Creative Xtreme Gamer SoundBlaster and a 1.5TB Hard Disk? @.@ Difficult choice. Offer suggestions pleeeease.

FYP’s been going fine up to this point, though Mr. Simon still pushing me, i already promised myself i wont give up. Go Go Go! another 2 weeks and its time for attachment, and FYP’s going to be over ._. so fasssst.

After sticking the RAM in, my lappy somehow got a ‘turbo-charge’. Starting up and shutting down were alot faster than before. So awesome~ So after that we took 851 back to AMK, much to my surprise, the ride was rather quick.

When we reached the stop opposite KFC, both of us parted ways and i went back to shop to work! Haha. For an hour. It was nice to see all the Hubby people and Mainy people. :)

So going back to work this weekend. I miss all of them.

Thats right. This time the name is “Tele-MediCare”. Yep! Have to program these two gorgeous Sony Ipela HD IP cameras. And i really mean gorgeous. Sweet!

Anyway, im wording together with a pardner, Pegan, who happens to be my classmate and sits opposite me during FYP. Hah!

And when i mean hurt, i really mean it Hurts. I nearly laughed at the doctor’s yesterday when he asked me to drink water, i nearly told him, you wont know what im going through now. Haha.

I’ve been trying my best to use sign language to communicate with my mum and brothers. I wont even try to talk because, you know. Yea.. Somehow or rather, i kinda empathize how mute people feel. No offence. My voice was reduced to a bare whisper thanks to Mr.Bacteria/Virus whatever. So i just decided what the heck, might as well dont talk. Save the pain.

Oh well, im gonna try my best to drink more water. I hope i dont throw up* Anyway, to all and anyone who read this post, drink lots of water, and avoid eating too much fried or spicy food!

Life is mostly about making the right choice. And personally i believe that God has a plan for everyone of us. Well, bottom line? Stick to it.

Hmm. Where should i start… Firstly, relationships, i guess sometimes you just have to wait for the right person to come by. Deviating from God’s plan doesn’t help. Well, for awhile maybe. But not over a long term.

Yes i had my fair share of disappointments, which in a way helped to model me into an emotionally stronger and tougher person. I would be lying if i said that that anyone wouldn’t feel sad sometimes, over relationships, especially if we really like that person. Its just how we take rejections i guess.

Ah yes, choices. These are probably the most important aspect in anyone’s life, making the right one. A wrong choice may or may not lead to a ‘chain reaction’ thingie, which causes everything that happens after that to suck, literally.

Which boils down to the saying, “The hardest thing to learn in life, is which bridge to cross and which to burn      -David Russell”.

Well! Nothing much more to be said from here on.
